Converted from a tradition ldetached Devon stone and cob barn, our holiday cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard. The lounge has a wide-screen colour TV with freeview, DVD player and video. A selection of tapes, DVDs and books are provided for your use.
The two generous bedrooms will sleep four adults and a baby/toddler. The downstairs bedroom has two single divan beds and a large cot, whilst the upstairs gallery has a king size bed. Storage heaters are fitted throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped to a high standard, with integrated appliances, including feezer.
Relax in the sunny, south-facing courtyard, stroll along the quiet country lanes, or see where the road takes you - rugged cliffs, sandy coves, fishing harbours, sleepy villages, or the wilds of Dartmoor- all a short drive away.

Why so reasonable? We now have regular visitors, so we are able to look after our own bookings and save you the commission you would normally pay to a National Holiday Company (typically about 27%). We would rather keep the cottage occupied, than have it empty. Click here to check availability.
Although the cottage is not adapted for wheelchairs, it is suitable for those with limited mobility, since the shower room is downstairs and immediately opposite one of the bedrooms. There is a ramp to the front door.
